How do I install the Chrome extension?+
Install Murmr from the Chrome Web Store, click 'Add to Chrome,' then pin it from the puzzle icon. The Murmr mic appears in Gmail and Outlook after you refresh those tabs.
What's included in the free plan?+
500 email words per week, all supported languages, and core voice-to-email formatting. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited words plus tone presets, thread-aware replies, command mode, and custom vocabulary.
Why isn't the mic appearing in my compose box?+
Refresh the page after installing the extension. If it still doesn't show, check chrome://extensions and confirm Murmr is enabled. Some sites with strict content policies aren't supported yet — let us know and we'll add them.
Which languages are supported?+
English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Hebrew, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Change the language from the widget's language picker — the UI and dictation switch together.
Is my voice data stored?+
No. Audio is transcribed in real time and discarded. Only the final text is sent to your inbox. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to Account → Billing and click 'Manage subscription'. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
